A wireless network allows you to share your high-speed internet connection with multiple computers and peripherals in your home. Without wires to deal with you are free to roam about with your notebook or hand held devices!

Wireless Network Setup and Config:   On-Site Price Only $125  (cash or check on-site only please)
Installation of a router and applicable cards (hardware not included in price) to a high-speed source between 2 computers (wired or wireless). Note: Any additional computer (more than 2) added to the network will be $40. (If you need a router or NIC we can order it for you at an additional cost)
Configuration of router settings — Username/Password, WPA/ WEP — to encrypt your network so your are SECURE and able to surf without fear!
Verification of connections to make sure the networked computers can share and print (if applicable).

After your network is installed and up and running, a Comfort PC technician will walk you through OS file and print sharing procedures and discuss any network limitations that you might have.

Note: Additional charges may apply if your computer already has Spyware or viruses and you want to have them removed — See Virus Removal for more  information.  Our technicians are honest, and will give you straight facts.  If your PC only has a few minor infections we will be happy point them out to you free of charge and even provide you with free information on how to remove them.

Add a Device to an Existing Network:  On-Site Price $80
Expand your network! Whether it’s wired or wireless, Comfort PC will come out to your home to add your new computer to your existing network. We’ll install a network card (purchased separately) in your PC and set you up so that your file and print sharing is connected to your shared network resources. This service applies to one local computer. Access Point, Router and Broadband setup/installation are not included.
