Troubleshoot the system to establish type of computer infection.
Restore OS if necessary (client must have original restore disk for PC)

Use industry-standard methods for removing the infection.
Reboot the computer and restore information, if possible.
Recommend security software to prevent future infections.
If security software available, install and set for automatic updates.

Terms and Conditions:
1- An adult over the age of 18 must be present while technician is on-site.
2- Computer must be easily accessible at time of appointment.
3- Customer is responsible for licensed operating system software and restore software, if needed to complete a repair
4- Parts and software purchased for repair are subject to their individual warranty as applied by the manufacturer.
5- Changes in appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance
6- Comfort PC reserves the right to rearrange or cancel appointments but will make every effort to accommodate customer's first choice of date and time.
7- Additional charges apply for required (or optional) parts and/or hardware and software upgrades needed to complete the requested service.
8- Parts and software purchased for repair are subject to their individual warranty as applied by the manufacturer.
9- Comfort PC does not guarantee the restoration of data corrupted by viruses or malfunctioning hardware.
